Netexpress filters on port 25 and port 119 according to:
http://www.internet.opasia.dk/abonnement/netexpres/faq/egne_servere.html#5

And Bredbånd filters on the same ports according to:
http://www.teledanmark.dk/menu/sm2535.htm

As I understand it, the "political" reason for filtering is to avoid
open relays.
