Sa at sige satter denne mail meget godt hovedet pa sommet i diskussionen om
hvorfor "markeds" fore FreeBSD.
Lag specielt marke til, "Unless
FreeBSD gains wider acceptance for WAN uses, we probably will not..." som jo
bare handler om perception og ikke nodvendigvis realitet.

available
We do not support FreeBSD, and do not have plans to release drivers for
that OS. Unfortunately, we get very few requests for FreeBSD (for every
FreeBSD request, we get approximately 500-750 Linux requests). Unless
FreeBSD gains wider acceptance for WAN uses, we probably will not support
it in the near future.
I would encourage you to use one of our Linux routers--you don't have to
worry about configuring the operating system or trying to maintain your
own machine. You'll also find many features in the routers that are not
available with the standalone cards.
